A bit of history: Caswell Pet Lifeline was founded in April 2012, after a dog named Chester was left in the drop box at the shelter. He was almost dead from starvation. Anger was the natural response, but anger wasn’t going to change things. So a few friends decided that we needed to find some things that would help.
